I mean update for my personal fittings/skill plans from one computer to other. If I change my EVE-HQ plan on computer at work, it would automatically change (synchronize) on my home computer when I launch EVE-HQ at home.

Similar problem here - I use EVE-HQ on 3 different computers (1 at work, 2 at home)for my ship fittings and skill planning. It would be great to have some sort of synchronize function so I don't have to update manually all 3 computers all the time.

I run 2 clients on 2 monitors in windows mode (win7 64-bit) and no problems at all. I control both clients simultaneously, so using full screen and alt-tabing every 2 seconds would be pain. Only problem I have after last patch is that after switch...
